Growing up in the landscape industry in Bryan/College Station gave me an early appreciation for outdoor spaces that look great and provide functional places for people to live and work. A well designed, installed and maintained landscape or interiorscape is a work of art that provides a tremendous value to everyone that experiences it. I want our clients to enjoy those living, growing pieces of art that we call landscapes!
After graduating from A&M Consolidated High School in 1991, I earned my B.A. from Belhaven University in Jackson Mississippi. That’s where I met my future wife and Green Teams interior manager Suzy (Finley) Gallagher. I also had the opportunity of managing all of the ornamental plants and trees at Belhaven and eventually opened my own landscape maintenance company, Green Teams of Jackson, Mississippi.
In 1998 I sold Green Teams and moved back to Bryan/College Station to take a position with our family business, Green Teams, Inc. (formally known as the greenery.) For 10 years I managed landscape maintenance accounts and for an additional 10 years I managed our design and construction services. I am now responsible for the general operations of the business as COO. Over this time Suzy and I have been blessed to raise our six children here in the Brazos Valley.

I participated in gardening and learned about soils from an early age. My teacher was my Grandfather who was a retired Agronomist with The Texas A&M Extension Service.
After following in my Grandfather’s footsteps and earning a B.S. degree in Agronomy and Entomology from Texas A&M University in 2006, I continued my journey within the landscape industry working as a Landscape Manager in College Station. I began my employment with Green Teams, Inc in January 2019 as a Client Relationship Manager responsible for numerous commercial accounts and new client acquisition. I plan to continue my education by becoming a Certified Arborist.
The focus of my philosophy is to provide exceptional customer service to clients using the latest and greatest Agronomic and Horticultural practices and techniques.

A childhood country life gave me the love of all things green and blooming.
I made countless flower crowns and small arrangements from weeds and wildflowers. Once when the daffodils were in full bloom I made a ton of small bathroom cup arrangements,loaded them in my red wagon and sold them to my neighbors.
I graduated in 93 With a BS degree in Education from Belhaven University.
During my time at Belhaven I also met and married my husband Tucker. We relocated to CS in 99 to be a part of the growing family business. Over the last 20 years we have grown a business,raised 6 children and now have 2 wonderful grand babies.
I think my department has the most fun job at Green Teams. We are a small but mighty group of creatives who get to created beautiful extensions of a landscape for our clients by bringing the outdoors in. I believe that there is almost nothing as exquisite as a well executed interior plant or floral design. We all have an innate connection to nature and Interiorscape allows us to extend that into our homes,offices and public spaces.
My mission is to create beautiful, sustainable interior plant and floral design that as an extension becomes a work of art for the client.

I originally came to work at Green Teams after retiring from over 30 yrs. of a management career in the food industry. I then joined Green Teams and worked for another 10 yrs. as an Account Mgr. Now, I am a full-time grandfather with 5 grandchildren but I still work part-time to fill in whenever and wherever I can offer assistance.

My name is Wanda Hamilton. I have been working at Green Teams about three years. I can honestly say I love my job and value my coworkers.
Working at Green Teams I have found not just a job but a family. We pray together, laugh together and cry together. My mission is to always be humble and to give thanks to God in some way each day. My personal goals line up well with my work goals: to always be a team player and perform as best as I can with what I have learned as an administrative assistant, Office Clerk, and now office manager.
I try to live life by this rule: Never give up hope and always see good in all aspects of life.

I grew up around construction since my dad GC’d remodeling and construction projects in Austin, TX.
After dedicating five years to studying in Texas A&M’s College of Architecture, while earning money doing remodeling and construction work, I quickly came back to my roots and joined Green Teams inc. I now have 6 years of experience in project management and am quickly learning the ins and outs of landscape construction.
I believe the key to effective commercial construction management is honesty and discipline. My mission on every project is to communicate clearly with PMs and push relentlessly toward project completion.

My life has always been surrounded by mechanic work. My dad was a mechanic, my brothers are all mechanics, and my son is now studying at a diesel mechanic school. It’s in my blood.
I joined Green Teams in 1993, driving a mower, and was quickly promoted to a crew leader. Within two years I was offered a position as the lead mechanic at Green Teams, and I jumped on it. Today I am responsible for maintaining a large fleet with more than 200 trucks, mowers, and small engine machines.
My goal is for all 45 of our crews to drive out of the Green Teams gate everyday with complete confidence that their machines will function properly.
